Training Format
This course is offered in two formats, onsite classroom and webinar classroom. The onsite classroom based trainings are available once per month at locations throughout North America. The onsite classroom format is two consecutive days, eight hours per day. The class starts at 8:30 a.m. local time each day and concludes at 5:00 p.m. each day.

The course is also available monthly in an instructor led webinar classroom. The webinar classroom format is four consecutive days, four hours per day. The webinar class starts at 8:30 a.m. and concludes each day at 11:30 a.m. and the start time alternates each month between the 8:30 a.m. Eastern time and 8:30 a.m. Pacific time. The webinar portion accounts for three hours each day and quizzes, tests and homework account for up to an additional hour each day.
