 Post subject: How about putting in a searchable database of issues?

The technical support section offers a searchable database, but it not only can not pick up anything at all on accumic pc, but it also can not find one instance in the whole database of sound or microphone or pc or microsoft. I have my doubts as to whether this searchable database even exists if it can not fine one of these terms in any of its contenets. I would not have bought one of these if I had realized that there were zero support documents available on it. A super cheapie logitec combo camera and microphone works fine on the same computer that the microphone refuses to work on. That is not good. Please give more support to your products or tell people upfront that there is no support on them.
