I have a xap800 that constantly reboots anyone experience this? New unit new install

Please call our tech support line, 1-800-283-5936. We will do troubleshooting on this unit, and do a warranty replacement, if necessary.

I have a ClearOne Max phone NOT working in a Cisco IP enviroment (see model and type). It is configured on a Cisco Call Manager with ATA (analog terminal adapter) 186. I am a remote technician on Call Manager working with local site support. Here is their work so far:

ATA is working correctly and tested out fine on different spider phone. Pulled battery out of spider phone and it is stating "Not Registered". Must be an issue with spider phone. Can you give any suggestions for resetting or problems to look into. Phone should still be under warranty since it is not very old.......Not sure of purchase time or date.
