We are a voip provider and one of our clients needed 2 conference phones so we decided to try the Max IP.
I can not seem to get it working. I called tech support and was told that there is no support for NAT. This is very hard for me to believe because many business networks are setup with NAT.
I have set it up via the web interface and it is not giving me any errors. However, when I try to dial out, it immediately gives me a busy signal.
I know there has got to be some way to configure it correctly. Does anyone have any advice?
