ClearOne is a global company that designs, develops and sells conferencing, collaboration, and network streaming & signage solutions for voice and visual communications. We are looking for an Audio Video Regional Sales Manager who is self-motivated with a proven track record of sales. The successful candidate identifies opportunities, collaborates with the channel partner and customer to provide solutions, and closes the business. The Regional Sales Manager for Pro AV will work with audio & video technology to grow his/her assigned region by establishing and developing relationships with end-user, manufacturers’ representatives, integrators and consultants. RESPONSIBILITIES

The RSM for Pro AV is responsible for a quarterly revenue quota. This individual is expected to enter the sales process with a prospect at the highest possible level and must meet or exceed established sales quotas by presenting and selling products. Travel is required as direct end-user and partner meetings will comprise a major portion of this position. Candidate must possess Pro AV technical knowledge to make presentations and lead discussions to advance the sales process utilizing his/her Pro AV knowledge.

  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
  • Conduct end-user and integrator training as needed
  • Conduct beta testing of new products with end-customers and Pro AV integrators
  • Support functional and technical elements as required
  • Communicate end-user requirements to Product Management team
  • Must be prepared for extensive travel in assigned region

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Consultative sales experience with emphasis in audio & video integration, as well as a technical background in professional audio &video is required.
  • The ideal candidate has professional audio & video integration market experience in the professional AV technology market.
  • End-customer and Pro AV channel experience.
  • Must be highly motivated self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop successful working relationships
  • Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at the enterprise level, including competence in presenting to all levels of business and technical management
  • Must be people-oriented, eager to win, highly organized in the sales process.
  • Must be an aggressive and energetic, self-starter with a competency for sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology is helpful.
